IN PERSON CLOSING

We will sit with you in person at our office, your lender’s office or your realtor’s office and walk you through the closing documents in person with one of our staff members, or a screened independent notary/closer. Closing’s in your own house are also available depending on some additional factors that will require you to check with us before we can provide an in-home in-person closing.

CURBSIDE CLOSING

We can have the closing package delivered to your home, either in paper or electronically. Our staff member will walk you through the documents as you sign them. You will have minimal contact with our staff member during this process. COVID-19 has made this a more popular choice. Please check with us for the requirements for this option and we will provide a more detailed explanation of how this process works.

VIDEO CLOSINGS

We can close your transaction through the use of a two way video conferencing process. This can include an electronic signature process that requires no person to person contact during the process. There are many different variables that dictate how this process is done. We will walk you through the options as we prepare to close your transaction in a VIDEO setting.
